1. Introduction

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or hiring us for services (including but not limited to Web Development, App Development, SEO, and Automation), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Scope of Work

WebAppStudioz provides digital solutions as described in the specific project proposal or invoice provided to the Client. Any changes to the scope of work after the project has commenced (Scope Creep) may incur additional charges and affect delivery timelines.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure timely delivery, the Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content (text, images, credentials) in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback on drafts within 3-5 business days.
• Ensure they have the legal right to use all content provided to us.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work.
• Milestones: Remaining payments are due upon specific project milestones or prior to final launch.
• Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 14 days may result in a pause of services or a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all invoices, WebAppStudioz grants the Client full ownership of the final website/application code and design. However:

• WebAppStudioz retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
• Any reusable libraries, frameworks (e.g., Laravel, React), or proprietary internal tools used remain the property of their respective creators or WebAppStudioz.

6. Revisions & Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty period after the launch date. During this time, we will fix any bugs or errors related to our code at no extra cost. This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Third-party plugin updates or API changes.
• Modifications made to the code by the Client or another developer.
• Server/Hosting failures not managed by us.

7. Limitation of Liability

WebAppStudioz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination by the Client, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/State].
